Erich Bargar D.V.M.Dr. Erich Bargar received his degree in veterinary medicine in May, 2000. He worked at a full service and emergency medicine practice for 2 years and has been in general private practice for 5 years. His main interests are dentistry, ultrasound and internal medicine. He currently owns and operates Orchard Hills Veterinary Clinic in Washougal, Washington. His extracurricular activities include hiking, cycling, running and reading. He has two dogs and a rooster named Mussolini.
Nya Gillmartin D.V.M.
Dr. Nya Gilmartin received her veterinary degree in 2003 from Oregon State University. She has been practicing in the Northwest ever since. While she enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine, Dr. Gilmartin's strong interests lie in anesthesia, pain management, acupuncture, senior kitty diseases, and soft tissue surgery. Outside of work, Dr. Gilmartin enjoys riding horses, salsa dancing, indoor and outdoor gardening, kayaking, and traveling. She currently shares her house with three kitty companions, Ylang Ylang the delicate flower, Lucy Lui the saucy calico, and Leo the lion. She also has a horse named Quinn who she used to compete in combined training and dressage with. She is really excited to join the Orchard Hill's team and get to know all of the clients and their pets.
Brian Heiser D.V.M.
Dr. Brian has left to pursue his Surgical Internship in Idaho. We wish him well.

JulieI have been involved in Veterinary medicine since 1992. I've worked in large and small animal clinics in Colorado, Kentucky, Alaska, and Washington. I am married, have 3 kids, 2 chocolate labs - Mud and Matua - and one old cat - Kitty. I enjoy sunny weather, sand between my toes, and being on or in the water.
Certified Veterinary Technicians
DarleneRaised in southern Idaho, I developed a love for creatures both hooved and pawed by bringing home various "homeless" creatures. I started hanging around the local veterinarian's office as a teenager and grew as a person, and later as a veterinary technician. I have been licensed in Washington since 1994 and Oregon since 2000. I love spending time with my 2 kids, fiance, 3 cats, 2 dogs, and 4 horses (Z Boy, Diesel, Isaac and Bill). We are avid endurance riders, traveling all over the Pacific Northwest to compete.
Jazmin
I have worked as a CVT for 11 years. I grew up in the Bay area and moved here as a teenager. I have 2 human daughters, Magnolia and Gracie. I started working in veterinary medicine after I got my dog Punkin (11yrs) when I realized how amazing dogs were. I now have 2 black labs, Punkin and Princess and 2 cats, Mable and Elby. In all my other spare time, my husband and I love biking and road trips.

DeniseI've been working here at Orchard Hills since May of 2005 and am currently in on the job training. I love my three big cats - Piddles, who hates me, Stud, who loves me, and Spot, the mentally challenged one who used to live at the clinic and loves anybody with tuna. I enjoy studying my Bible in my spare time.

I am a newcomer to OHAH, but have been in the vet field for six years. I am a full time student at Clark College working towards my AA & eventually a nursing degree. I spend all of my "free time" with my beautiful daughter Renae. I also have a fawn and white Pit Bull that accompanies us just about everywhere.
Jessica
I have been a Veterinary Assistant for two years and joined OHAH in Sept 07. I have a one year old Black Lab named Indy. I enjoy camping, snowboarding and just about anything outdoors. I look forward to getting to know you and your pets.
Ashley
I graduated from Apollo College in Feb 08, so that makes me a "newer" addition to Orchard Hills and I really enjoy it here. In my spare time I fish, camp, skeet shoot, go to the beach or just drive the Columbia River gorge with my boyfriend. I have a cocker spaniel named Mr. Boodie and 2 calico cats; Kisses and Kali, I am looking forward to meeting you and your pet!

Traci--I am a new aspiring Veterinary Assistant that has recently joined Orchard Hills in March of 08. I have worked several other types of jobs, but none have given me the satisfaction and sense of fullfillment the way working with animals has done. I am truly excited to be working here where I can gain more knowledge and experience with a great staff. I traveled a lot in my childhood and lived in several different states; Washington, Montana, Florida, Arizona and California. I have a loving Fiance' of almost eleven years, 3 children, my dog Phelan and 2 cats; Johnny and Velcro.

Tracy G.I've been here at Orchard Hills Veterinary for 17 years. I have one daughter, a miniature dachshund - Tanobi, and a old cat named Snarfull. I started working at Orchard Hills in the back as a Tech Aid, but now work up front as a receptionist. I have enjoyed all the years I spent here and feel blessed to have found a job I truly love. We have some of the best clients, and after all these years they feel like family. I hope to work here as long as they will keep me.

I have been at OHAH since December 2005 and am a graduate of the Veterinary Assistant program at Apollo College. My spare time is spent with my two beautiful little girls and my Blue Heeler/Pit Bull mix, Molly. I am due to add a little boy to the clan in April. I also share my home with a cat named Mischief.

I have been working at OHAH since January 08. I am a full time student at Clark College working towards getting an AA degree in graphic arts. Ever since I was a kid I have enjoyed working with and around animals. My family has a whole zoo of them at home including our 2 dogs; Holly and Junior and 6 cats; Kitten, Sneekers, Rocko, Stinky, Balue and Fluffy. I enjoy being outdoors, golfing, swimming and spending time with friends and family.
